Classic Spray Booth
More than 30 years of experience in body & paint.
BASEMENTS
CIVIL WORK BASEMENT – BOC
- Double civil work aspiration pit, covered by a total surface of 5 + 5 grids and approximately 1,00m. depth.
MIX CIVIL WORK BASEMENT– BOX
- Aspiration pit covered by a surface of 5.790 x 2.680 mm and 600 or 700mm. depth. (depending on where is placed the motor group).
- Supported by crossbeams and steel beams
METALLIC BASEMENT – BMS
- Aspiration box covered, same surface as the Spray Booth and 300mm. high. This aspiration box can be embedded. If not, the Booth high will increase in 300mm.
- CAPACITY: 600KG. Per Wheel impact of 200 x 200 mm. Supported by crossbeams and steel beams
- Paint stop dry filters rest over compensation trays and are made of a progressive structure assuring a good distribution of aspiration power.
STRUCTURE
FRONTALS ACCESS
- Frontals composed by a tubular structure. It has three glass leafs. The central leaf has an anti-panic lock and works as safety door.
- A second anti-panic service door is placed on one side or on the back.
WALLS
- Double face panels, pre lacquered, pressed and nerved. With thermal isolation.
- Width: 50 mm.
- A lean of 19º in each panel, where the illumination screens are placed, gives a perfect down draft laminar air flow inside the booth.
PANELS ISOLATION
- Resin treated rock wool.
- Thermal conduction in mid temperatura of 20ºC
- Fire behaviour: Not combustible (RINA Certificate Nº I/402/94/TDA)
- Description: High quality rock wool panel (145Kg/ m³)
- Specific heat: 0,2 Kcal/Kg ºC
Laboratory value | Useful value | |
---|---|---|
W/Mk | 0,041 | 0,045 |
Kcal/mh ºC | 0,035 | 0,039 |
FILTER PLENUM (CEILING FILTERS)
- Divided in modules of 3.300 x 1.100 mm.
- The filter blocking system guarantees perfect air tightness, leaving no possibility of non-filtered air leaks.
LIGHTING
- Fluorescent bulbs by electronic reactances (no by chokes)
- An upper light screen in each lateral panel
- 4 fluorescent bulbs (30W each one) by screen.
- The inclination for the installation of lighting was determined to guarantee a luminous level over 1.200 LUX with a correct air flow.
- Fluorescent bulbs features:
Typo: TLD 30 W/54 Luminosity: 2000 lumen Light tonality: “Standard daily light” - Optionally a second line of illuminatin can be installed in the lower side of the booth, with the same characteristics than the superior screens. (There is not screen in the lateral service door).
CONTROL PANEL
ANALOGIC VERSION
It controls all the functions of the Spray booth, with buttons, timers and indicator lights
Includes: emergency swifter (on/off spray booth), on/off motors, phase selection,
temperature selection in each painting and drying phase, timer, lights control,
indicator lights in each phases and light alarm for motor and burner.
MOTOR GROUP EXP-EVO
IMPORTANCE OF THE DIRECT TRANSMISSION
Direct transmission means these advantages:
- The elimination of fan belt and pulley, which are elements that we need to change over time.
- Turbines with big inverted rotor blades, easier to clean
- Much less absorbed load/power. Better work chart, even with saturated filters. Stable capacity dispute of pressure changes.
